Coco started preschool over the 2023-4 school year three mornings a week. That was enough for him, and often all of us, to come down with two colds or viruses a month. Miserable 😅

Here are our favorite baby & toddler items to get through it all! Hang in there.

1. Frida Baby vapor drops

I like these vapor drops to add to the bathtub and have even used myself before! Find them here

2. Dr NozeBest

This is definitely a splurge item. We caved and purchased it last winter when V was a newborn and severely congested - it works wonders and was worth it to have something super effective and quick. They make a travel version now which has a nicer price point and … of course looks much more portable, but states it is for ‘mild congestion’. The one I have is decidedly more industrial.

3. A no-mess (really!) chest rub

This is a nice Frida baby no-mess version of a classic vapor rub. Comes in a small tube so it’s easy to take along in a travel medicine bag. Find it here

4. Saline mist spray

We have tried several - and settled on this one. I like the powerful spray tip, and somehow the bottle is large enough that you can hold it easily to sneak a little spritz in while their eyes are busy somewhere else! Find it here and get in there.
